Flurer Smokery is a private Aboriginal owned and operated facility that is federally registered, HACCP certified and registered with the USFDA. The facility is 8,000 square feet and processes wild or farmed salmon, halibut, black cod, white sturgeon, tuna, oysters, mussels, prawns, and more.
